Where Nicole really saved the day, was when she went above and beyond to help de-escalate what was quickly becoming a contentious exchange between me and my lender.
Nicole used her always kind but clear communication style to resolve conflicting information coming from the lender. I am not exaggerating when I say she saved the deal. I can’t thank her enough. I will be recommending Nicole to my friends and colleagues.
